West Ham United Women partner with Beingwell

If you’re reading this, you may already know that here at Beingwell, we are dedicated to working with organisations and individuals, with the help of wellbeing professionals. We want to share our expertise to support anyone and everyone! One very important expert that makes our mission possible is our sleep expert James Wilson, aka 'The Sleep Geek' and Co-Founder of Beingwell. If you didn’t know already (and are living under a rock…) James is a Sleep Behaviour and Environment Expert who works with governments, organisations and sports teams. His approach helps people understand their sleep better and assists them in making changes to their mindset, behaviours and sleep environment that leads to better sleep.

Recently, James has been working with *drum roll please* West Ham United Women! We know, we’ve hardly been able to contain our excitement.

We are utterly-butterly, over-the-moon delighted to announce that West Ham United Women have chosen Beingwell and The Sleep Geek as their Official Sleep Therapist Supplier!

During the partnership, James will work directly with the women’s team to see how a better understanding of sleep can positively influence both the players’ performance and general wellbeing.

West Ham United’s Commercial Director Nathan Thompson said: “We are delighted to partner with Beingwell, and we look forward to working with James.”

“Supporting the health and wellbeing of everybody at West Ham United is fundamental to our values. With James’ knowledge and expertise, we aim to positively impact the women’s players to support our vision for the future of the team, both on and off the pitch.”

Wow, thanks Nathan!

A few words from James: I have worked extensively with various sports, and I am excited to have the opportunity to work with West Ham United Women. As the women’s game in this country continues to move from strength to strength, I am looking forward to bringing what I have learnt to the players and staff in aiding their rest and recovery with the ultimate aim of bringing further success to the team.
