Lunch & learn but not as we know it
Although it may be a little more, bring your own lunch to your home office. Our monthly Time to Talk is one of our hero tools. During the live webinar, hosted by a variety of experts and covering a wide range of topics, we encourage you to ask questions. The beauty of virtual webinars is you can do this anonymously if you prefer, allowing your team to really access the help and support they need without having to share their problems with the whole office.
We've got your back every step of the way
Friendly and approachable
At the start of the challenge employees register their general mood, this is then compared to their mood after completing their daily exercise. And, if you’re wondering, after exercise nearly 90% of users report feeling ‘happy’ or ‘very happy’.
Listen and learn new skills
Engage with our experts creating time to talk. Go further than traditional workplace wellbeing incentives while keeping the tried and tested successes.
Coping with life’s twists and turns
There are no prizes for the fastest, longest, highest but there are prizes for the most days completed. Leveling the playing field no matter your physical ability, fitness level or what activity you’re doing.
It’s time to talk
Stress is an inevitable part of life, each of us will at some point feel financial, work, relationship or family stress. While we can’t help take away what’s stressing your team, be that at work or at home, we can give them the tools to better cope with it. It’s important to look after your mental health, even if you’re feeling good, as it’s not a fixed state. Copingwell is delivered in a series of webinars and our monthly Time to Talk.
