Welcome to the Beingwell Challenge!

Whatever your level of fitness, lifestyle or available time throughout the day, we’ve got something to help everyone move a bit more. Love or hate challenges? Doesn’t matter - the Beingwell Challenge is all on your terms! You can push yourself as much (or as little!) as you wish, the reins are in your hands. So you know those ‘off’ days that, let’s face it, we all have? That won’t get in the way of completing your challenge.

 

It might be that you set yourself a 10k walk or run at the weekend (hats off!), or maybe you fancy a stroll round that part during your lunch break. Even if it’s a few squats or burpees in the kitchen whilst you’re waiting for the kettle to boil! Everything counts, it all adds up to boost our mood and help us stay consistent - which is the key to feeling better with exercise!

 

And that’s not even the best bit. With the Beingwell Challenges, you can pair or team up with friends, family, even your colleagues to help inspire and motivate you to complete your challenges. Compete against each other or cheer each other on - it all helps in getting that movement in each and every day!

At the start of the challenge employees register their general mood, this is then compared to their mood after completing their daily exercise. And, if you’re wondering, after exercise nearly 90% of users report feeling ‘happy’ or ‘very happy’.

The app includes a community feed where your employees can share the highs and lows of the challenge, to celebrate each other or give some extra support when needed. Great for building relationships whether your team is working together or apart.

There are no prizes for the fastest, longest, highest but there are prizes for the most days completed. Leveling the playing field no matter your physical ability, fitness level or what activity you’re doing.

Moving together (virtually) to build relationships in the office

We all have good intentions when it comes to our wellbeing, right? It’s something we know we should keep on top of, but life just gets in the way sometimes. And you’re not alone if that seems relatable, especially when it comes to exercise. Whether our aim is to get fit, stay moving or just keep up with being active, it’s definitely not unusual to struggle keeping it up. 

 

We don’t need to tell you the importance of exercise - we’re sure you’ve got that in the bag. But, for some of us, there might be some barriers that keep cropping us when it comes to exercise. Whether it’s struggling to get or stay motivated, not knowing what to do or maybe you’re still waiting to find an activity that you enjoy - we’ve got a solution for you.
